Gym Lofts?
This has to be one of the nicest loft spaces I've seen (at least in pictures). The space actually used to be a gym, one that resembled a high school gym fully equipped with a basketball court. It's great that they've decided to keep those big beams on the ceiling.

So another Matt Edwards post? AKA radio slave AKA one-half of Quiet Village AKA Rekid? Well, I can't help that Edwards has the Midas touch. Next Stop Chicago comes under the Rekid alias and it's...got...souuuuuuuul. The sample, which I haven't been able to identify yet, couldn't be used any better IMHO. This is more on the disco/house tip, about 114 bpm, sounds great a little sped up but don't go too crazy as you don't want to chipmunk these soulful vocals.
