Greenberg
A friend of mine turned me onto Jill Greenberg and I was blown away. Particularly, in two specific series, one where she takes pictures of crying babies (pictured above) and the other where she gives very human-like characteristics to monkeys (pictured below).
And now for monkey music...
First we have a track by Ante Perry and Tube & Berger titled, Affentanz. I first heard this in a recording of Steve Lawler playing the Space opening party in Ibiza earlier this summer.
Last but not least we have Claude Von Stroke's, Chimps. The first time I heard Chimps was in Tijuana. I was staying an extra day to catch Juan Maclean dj. At the time I was unaware of Von Stroke, he came on after Juan and just completely caught me off-guard with a fresh new sound.
